Who operates ChatOTL

Information we process

• Account information, including your email address, account identifier, and profile information provided when you sign in.
• Conversations, prompts, AI responses, saved instructions, uploaded files and extracted text, generated images, and links between conversations and documents.
• Subscription status, usage counts, and payment-provider identifiers when you use paid features.
• Technical information needed to operate and protect the service, such as request logs, IP addresses, browser information, and authentication cookies.
• Information you send when contacting support.

Google sign-in

If you choose Google sign-in, Google and our authentication provider, Supabase, process the sign-in request. ChatOTL receives basic account information made available by that sign-in, such as your email address, name, profile image, and account identifier. This sign-in integration does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, or contacts. ChatOTL does not receive your Google password.

How information is used

We use information to authenticate users, save and retrieve conversations and files, generate AI responses and images, combine conversation context, enforce usage limits, manage subscriptions, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive personal information that you do not want processed by ChatOTL and its service providers.

Service providers and sharing

ChatOTL uses external services to provide its features:

• Supabase provides authentication, database storage, and file storage.
• DeepSeek processes prompts, relevant conversation context, and selected file excerpts to generate chat and Context Fusion responses.
• Black Forest Labs processes image prompts when image generation is used.
• Stripe processes payments and subscription billing when paid features are used. Card information is entered through Stripe; ChatOTL stores subscription and customer identifiers.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers process requests and operational data to deliver the website.

These providers may process information in countries other than your own and have their own privacy and retention policies. Content sent to an AI provider is subject to that provider's applicable data-use terms; this policy does not promise that providers never retain content or use it to improve their services.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users and the service, or as part of a transfer of the service, subject to applicable protections.

Cookies, storage, and security

ChatOTL uses authentication cookies and related browser storage to maintain sessions. Blocking or clearing them may prevent sign-in. Access controls are used to associate chats and files with your account, but no system can guarantee complete security. “Private” does not mean that content is processed only on your device or that it is end-to-end encrypted.

Retention and your choices

Account information and saved content are retained to provide your workspace unless removed or no longer needed. Operational, billing, security, and backup records may remain for legal requirements, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or backup lifecycle needs. Provider retention is governed by each provider's policies.

Use available in-app controls to manage content. You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account and personal information by emailing bottinoaks6@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing and complain to a data-protection authority.

You can revoke Google access in your Google Account settings. Revoking access does not automatically delete information already saved in ChatOTL; contact us to request deletion.

Children and policy updates

ChatOTL is intended for adults aged 18 or older. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us. We may update this policy and will post the revised effective date here. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
