Agreement and operator

These terms govern your use of ChatOTL at chatotl.com, operated by Jonathan Thompson. By using ChatOTL, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions can be sent to bottinoaks6@gmail.com. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is processed.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

Acceptable use

Use ChatOTL lawfully and respect other people's rights. Do not:

• Submit content you lack permission to use or disclose, or infringe privacy or intellectual-property rights.
• Use the service for fraud, harassment, exploitation, malware, or other unlawful activity.
• Attempt unauthorized access, bypass security or usage limits, disrupt the service, or abuse automated requests.
• Misrepresent AI-generated material in a way that deceives or harms others.

Your content and AI output

You retain any rights you have in content you submit. You give Jonathan Thompson permission to store, process, transmit, and display that content as needed to provide ChatOTL, including sending relevant content to service providers described in the Privacy Policy. This permission lasts as needed to operate the service and meet applicable retention obligations.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or similar to output received by others. Review outputs before relying on or sharing them. ChatOTL does not guarantee that output is unique, copyrightable, or free of third-party rights. The service does not provide professional medical, legal, financial, or other regulated advice.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid features, prices, billing intervals, and usage limits are displayed on the pricing page and at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled as described at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize the disclosed recurring charges when purchasing a subscription.

Where available, use Settings to open the billing portal and cancel your subscription. Contact bottinoaks6@gmail.com if you cannot access billing controls or need help with a charge or refund request. Cancellation and access periods follow the terms shown at checkout. Applicable consumer cancellation and refund rights remain in effect.

An unlimited plan remains subject to fair use and technical capacity. We may restrict abusive usage. Material price or subscription changes will be communicated before taking effect as required by law.

Availability, suspension, and termination

Features depend on third-party providers and may change or become unavailable. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, security risks, or legal requirements. You may stop using ChatOTL at any time and request account deletion through the contact email. Stopping use or requesting deletion does not itself cancel a paid subscription; cancel billing separately or contact us for assistance.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ChatOTL is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose. Keep your own copies of important information.

To the extent permitted by law, Jonathan Thompson is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Changes and contact

We may revise these terms and will update the effective date on this page. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
